Your email address, and your name, delivery address and phone number when something physical ships to you.

The child's first name, age and appearance details you type in, plus the photos you upload.

Your order and payment status. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never reach us.

Basic technical information such as your IP address, used to keep the service secure and to prevent abuse.

To create the story and illustrations you ordered — this is the core of the service.

To deliver your order, send order emails and answer support questions.

To meet accounting and tax obligations, and to protect the service from fraud and abuse.

We only process a child's photo and details because you, as the parent or guardian, ask us to create a book for them.

Photos are stored in private storage, are never public, and are never used for advertising.

We do not use your child's photos to train artificial intelligence models.

Our hosting and database provider, which stores the order and files.

The artificial intelligence providers that generate the text, illustrations and narration — they receive the description and reference photos needed for that single job.

Our payment provider, for the payment itself.

Our print and delivery partners, for physical items — they receive your name and address, not your photos.

Nobody buys your data. We never sell it.

Uploaded photos are kept only while the book is being created and for a short period afterwards in case the book must be regenerated; they are then deleted.

Your finished book and order record are kept so you can access your purchase, and for as long as accounting law requires.

You can ask us to delete everything sooner — see below.

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, including your child's photos and the finished book.

Write to privacy@kubbino.com from the email address you used to order, and we will act within 30 days.

You can also complain to your national data protection authority.

We use a small number of essential cookies and local storage entries to keep you signed in, remember your language and hold your unfinished story. These are needed for the site to work.

We do not run advertising or tracking cookies. If we ever add analytics, we will ask for your consent first — the choice you make in the cookie banner is stored on your device.

Our providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. When they do, the transfer is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
